Norwegian Chopped Salad

This is a Northern version with Norwegian vegetables.

Norwegian Chopped Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups chopped kohlrabi
  • 1 fennel bulb, chopped
  • 2 plums, stone removed and chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 2-3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2-3 tablespoons yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 2 teaspoons fresh chopped dill
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • malt vinegar, optional
  • fish roe, optional

Directions

Combine the chopped vegetables with the sour cream, yogurt, mustard and dill. Season with salt and pepper, and vinegar if using. Serve with fish roe if desired.
